Hi John,
I need some clarification on how to configure WSPR to try
to receive your signal tonite. My computer clock is set on
UTC always and I've just calibrated it with WWV. When
I start up WSPR the clock in the lower left corner shows
the time being one hour behind...why is this and how do I
fix it?
In the two boxes where you enter the frequencies, I've got
507.000 entered as the rx dialed frequency, and 508.500
as the tx frequency. Should I use the SSB filter in my rig
to have enough bandwidth? I don't quite grasp the reason
for the two frequencies...is the signal somewhere between
507.000 and 508.500 kHz.? Details please!
