[Lowfer] WE2XGR/3 WSPR Tonight

It's time to take another shot at Joe Taylor's WSPR mode. Version 0.7, 
which can be downloaded at:
http://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/
is said to have an improved decoder over the original versions. There 
have been some other fixes and upgrades as well.

So... WE2XGR/3 will be on 508.500 kHz with WSPR tonight, starting around 
2300 UTC. Set your receiver for 507 kHz, USB. If anyone else wants to 
join in transmitting, be my guest. 20 Hz separation should be enough. 
I'll be running the usual 300 watts, so no conscious attempt is being 
made at QRP.
