Don't have a list to hand, but I believe 177 is Oranienburg in Germany.  Europe No One (located in Saarland, also in Germany) is on 183 with 2 MW and a five element array pointing at France.

On 153 is Deutschlandfunk and yes they do have relatively low modulation.
