On Todd's reporting... No audio on the 153 BC signal. Ah, so that's it, low aduio level. Confirm that, zero heard here. S-meter tells of the carrier.
Interesting too, Todd fighting DIW on 198. That's one I use for detecting conditions. No power indicated on DIW lookup. GLS (TX) at 2KW is another.

       I can usually hear  BBC 4 on 198 KHz in the background underneath 
beacon DIW 198Khz in Dixon, NC. Usually not strong enough to make out much of the 
audio there even with the notch filter engaged.
       Does anyone else notice the audio modulation depth on 153KHz always 
sounds very low, like they are only modulating 30% or so? 
       LF broadcast has been extremely good the past week or so here in SC 
since Christmas. Glad others are noticing it too.
