The Telco connector takes the same plug that's used in the video patch
panels that TV stations have used for years.  Many stations are
replacing their old panels with newer hi-density panels in the process
of the digital change over.  Make friends with your local TV station's
engineer, and you might just score a plug or two from a broken patch
cable.
