LF Group, Hi,

In checking QST from cover to cover I noticed two interesting atricles in the March issue.

A board is available for a new 16-bit micro controller to do PSK in "two flavors," BPSK and MFSK.
A PC and sound card are not needed. Wonder if anyone in the LF group has found this to have merit.
However, expect the QRP-PSK hams would find this worthwhile for portable operations.
The article cites a similar writeup in QEX.

Next is a piece titled, "ARRL Sponsored 500 kHz Experiment," by Patrick Hamel, WD2XSH/6, and
also refs. a QEX article for Jul/Aug 2007.
