[Lowfer] SAQ 17.2KHz Scheduled Test For April 22 - 10:00UTC

SAQ did not appear to be on the air  this morning April 22. I checked the 
Sheffield, UK remote receiver from 10:00 -  11:00 UTC and not a trace of SAQ on 
the screen. Nothing heard over the air at my  location either.
