[Lowfer] O-scope Bad

"On this scope there is a "<-->" control that slightly affects the dim
glow. Alas, no manual/schematic. I may try to get one and explore
further.

Further, to Gary, it is not in a triggered mode. Good thought.

control?  "<-->" is horizontal centering, and I'm sure there's a
vertical centering control as well.
