[Lowfer] O-scope Bad

Interesting, Kurt. Several tips on proper screen position so far.

On this scope there is a "<-->" control that slightly affects the dim
glow. Alas, no manual/schematic. I may try to get one and explore
further.

Further, to Gary, it is not in a triggered mode. Good thought.

I get a dim glow that changes with focus when the trace is off the
screen on
more than one scope and with a spectrum analyzer.  Check that first!!

voltage, the Cal port works, but no trace.
