	OK.  Right now (9:00 AM PST) NW isn't coming through so I can't run a
screen dump and mail it to you.  What I saw had a time constant of
several minutes and might well have been caused by breeze blowing on the
oscillator.  Wish I'd written down the time but it lasted over a period
of around an hour at the minimum.
