[Lowfer] NW?

I am not doing anything new here yet, but I did have the window open next to
the beacons while I ran some coax for a new antenna. An open window could
have caused some keying via the "Coke Bottle Effect" when I wasn't watching.
Actually I have some ridiclously unstable components in HiFER NW and the
cool wind might have set it adrift or LowFER NW could be modulating it
somehow at a QRSS30 rate.

I do have some plans to add some other "artwork" to the signature in the
near future.
