I can't remember if I've answered this or not, but the incident I
observed happend around 3:30 PM or so, shortly after I came home from
work. The drift occurred over a period of many minutes; went down
slowly. When I looked at the scope again the frequency had been flat
for some minutes and was rising, perfectly in keeping with a window
opened and later closed. NW is solid as a rock this morning, no pun
intended.
