Hey Eric,
Have you ever taken a laptop and portable receiver in the car and seen how
far you see the QRSS signal locally??? How far can you hear the CW
locally???

Hmmmm .... I'd like to see some discussion on that one.  Of course, *I*
don't know the answer, but I've kind of assumed QSB would be serious
enough at 1700 kc to make anything slower than about QRSS3 useless.

But then, I've never had a *single* report, either :)  Will be a good
thing to explore.
