Hmmmm .... I'd like to see some discussion on that one.  Of course, *I* 
don't know the answer, but I've kind of assumed QSB would be serious 
enough at 1700 kc to make anything slower than about QRSS3 useless.

But then, I've never had a *single* report, either :)  Will be a good 
thing to explore.
