That was Lyle's from about 8P Tuesday evening and the same time I was
listening to 137.78, Argo 20 sec mode.

First, conditions seemed far different from Monday's session. When I
started at 6:30P the screen was clear, no MP, no lines as had been there
as early as the morning. My log shows that MP started to appear weakly
at 7:30P on my 24 turn 6-foot loop but was not there on the vertical --
the great performer the evening before. Was this due to propagation or
some other influence on the antennas?

Then at 8P switched back to loop and saw a weak double dash then
nothing until some traces at 9P and I changed to 30 sec mode. That
seemed to darken the traces for better copy.

Now 12:30A (Wed AM) still on the 6-foot loop and 30 sec mode, seeing
both heavy and light traces on same screen. Fading?

(out for long sleep period)

At 7A, still copying MP ok on the loop (no lines though)

At 8A, switch to Vert, MP about the same good sig and now the lines are
there (nearer top of 30 sec screen).
