[Lowfer] Loop signal differential

Larry, Dex:

Sorry for not getting back to you before now. It's been a bit hectic here at 
work.

It looks like the propagation has been somewhat unusual the last two nights. 
I'm making it to Dex reasonably strong, considering the big loop is sending 
only about 200mw, but even that changed around 3:00 last night. Larry (same 
path, half the distance) has been seeing much less signal than Dex the last 
wo days. The test loop seems to be largely inferior during these low 
propagation periods. I'm not even sure if by rotating the test loop I'm not 
messing up its pattern due to the closeness to the big loop, but earlier in 
the evening the test loop signal appeared to be better than the big loop in 
Dex's captures.

I need to think on this for a few hours in order to come up with a new game 
plan. Will get back to guys later. Thank you for the excellent capture data.
