[Lowfer] How can I move my Selective Voltmeter .5 Hertz? For DFCW

Hello Folks,

I am using a HP 3586C Selective Level Meter locked to 10 Mhz GPS  as the
source/driver for beacon USA.

I would like to switch to DFCW and take advantages of it's benefits over
QRSS CW.  The problem is short of moving the frequency knob evey 60 seconds,
I don't know of a way to electronically shifing freq.

One solution might be to bring out the freq up and down buttons and use a
relay.

The unit HPIB capable, and I do have the interface card, but do not know
anything about programming it or what else might be needed.
There was a gentleman on the reflector that kindly offered his services to
help out in this regard,  John Hoopes but I don't if he is still around.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.......
