Overall rx level still low for overnight of 02-13-03.

Early, 6:30P, see LEK, though not as strong as in past. Some fall out
on sig., but it was early. Things could be looking up having this
capture, though nothing rest of evening.

2:00A this morn. RB blasting in using 3 sec mode on the Burhans loop.
Switch to the vertical and now its dog bones. Enuf of that light. Look
for YK and D -- NL.

2:30A see MP at 137.78, strong display using 20 sec mode on the Burhans
loop setup. Loop was slightly off in a NE-SW dir.

3:00A find nothing coming from NW-SE loop on 185.300.

7:00A only one light trace at top of the 300 window. Guess conds.
weren't too good at that. That's it.
