[Lowfer] TAG in PSKAM10 mode

Taking a day off from WOLFing to run PSKAM10. With the daytime copy as good
as it has been lately, there is some chance that this signal may be heard
outside of New England. Don't expect the same results as with WOLF, though!
The MultiPSK software for decoding PSKAM10 may be found at F6CTE's site:

Note that you have to look a little harder for the PSKAM10 option on his
screen. He is quite convinced that this mode is of little use for 2-way ham
QSO's, and has made it less prominent in the latest versions of MultiPSK.
There is a good text file, PSKAM.DOC, that comes with the program, and is
worth reading.
I will run this mode until late evening, and will switch back to WOLF, which
has thus far been copied by Lloyd, Jay, Bill de Carle and Dex.
