[Lowfer] XDW tripping in the snow

Anchorage is 'suffering' a lot of snow -we are some 20 inches above normal
for the time of year, and its still falling as I write this.

XDW is tripping on VSWR as it builds up across the insulators/wires/main
coil protection and then gets blown off. Check the first screen on the web
site - if you see the wide white dots then the beacon is on.

We are due to return to Anchorage by midnite 24th (hopefully) and will
'reset' everything - definately more tuning variables in the winter than
thru the summer.

The good news is that the receiver is still operating and pushing Argos's to
the web page. I can see our ghosts/lux effects so I consider transpolar to
be fair to good at the moment - I could well be wrong. Being at the other
end of the link (in the UK) I think I prefer to have DCF up on the web site
versus CFH. CFH is producing strong signals at times.
