	Based on the work K7RR and I did on 80 meters using PSKAM10 I believe
it should be perfectly OK as long as you don't get rapid multipath
fading.  Weak but steady signals copied just fine, but even strong
signals showed a dropout after a deep fade.  I suspect that fading on
VLF is slow enough that the advantage of the smaller bandwidth should be
usable.  We intend to try some experiments here in the LA area and will
report results.
