[Lowfer] LEK and IP weakly captured in CO

Ok Doug,
I was about to check the beacon as I haven't got a report in a week or so.
did you save a shot? I guess conditions have been pretty bad.I have been
putting up with continuos thunder storms here for about a week, just when i
got my preamp finished.I am getting about 10 dB more gain, XSR is the only
thing coming through the noise.
