[Lowfer] LEK and IP weakly captured in CO

LOWfers:
Conditions continue to be noisy here.  I used the ARGO capture feature for 
the first time,  at half hout intervals last night, getting several 
indications of IP and LEK.
The time was actually one hour earlier than indicated, 0951.50 UTC.  
Used my Hytower for receive.
