Yes, you're correct. However, in the past we have avoided taking a "hard 
line" on
removing beacons.

I just think that asking someone to verify their beacon is actually on the air,
on what frequency, and from what location perhaps twice a year isn't a lot
to ask.

We'll all benefit. For the record, I also think that arranging beacons in a
cluster is a great idea. I'd like to form a Southern cluster with YDH, and
LIP if we can all agree on a frequency.
