[Lowfer] Capture Files in ARGO

I always did poorly at math. If I'm running screen captures in ARGO
how often in seconds should I capture files to avoid having any
overlap?

I need to know capture times in seconds for:

1. QRSS10
2. QRSS30
3. QRSS60
