Count the tick spaces at the bottom of the window. It will tell you in the
lower right, I believe, what the tick spacing in seconds is. If you have 30
tick spaces across the window, then capture every 30 times whatever the tick
seconds are.

I always did poorly at math. If I'm running screen captures in ARGO
how often in seconds should I capture files to avoid having any
overlap?
