[Lowfer] Balanced feed.

Could a horizontal loop be placed across these two co-ax ends as an antenna?
It would be best in my situation to have co-ax the entire route to the
antenna. Is there a way to tie these two co-ax length together into one
co-ax to connect directly to a radio antenna port without the use of a tuner
in between?
