George, I have few questions about conversion of logbook.dbf of
LOGPlus into ADIF file via DF3CB BV6 or 7.
I have now LOGGER32 installed in my new computer and all work well.I
have tried to convert ADIF files from MIXW2, for example, and
conversion work well. Then I have tried few different ways to convert
logplus.dbf via BV6, BV7, T93Y, and all of this 3 is not OK for me.
BV6 - all ok exept of absence of NAME and QTH fields. So, I have Lost
all names and QTHs and ather important statistic information, but BV6
converted all my RTY, PTR, PSK, MFS, STV into RTTY, TOR, PSK-31, MFSK16,
SSTV and in further convertation in LOGGER32 logbook I have all
statistic of my worked- confirmed DXCC correct. That is more
important, then missed names, but have names is also interesting.
BV7 - I have found to put name field into comment field, that is
little bit better, but all other fields is also missed.
T93Y - names, qths is ok, but modes is same as in LOGPlus - 3 letters.
And statistics of logger32 is not count modes, like RTY, MFS, PTR etc
for DXCC correst modes - only CW, AM, FM, SSB is OK.
So I see all this converting programs is not working 100% for LOGPlus.
Maybe somebody knows a way to make a field "NAME" in BV6?

Yes? I have already US County award for 1000 counties on my wall and
it is enough (1000) for me, so my missed LOGPlus county statistics is not so
important for me today.

George? I have this already done in my previous computers and it works
and still working. But in my ne one (WIN NT 2000 PRO - I need this
software for other things) I have only opened red-black first page
(LOGPLUS! licensed for UA4RZ) and it is freezed. All my attempts do
not gave me further moution over loading log.
Maybe I will use LOGGER32, but I am trying to find the best way to
convert logbook.dbf into logbook.adi with minimum losses.
