[LogPlus] Packet and Radio Support

Paul, I had the same problem.  For me I fixed this by playing with the
Yaesu Timing loop parameter under the Radio Setup Menu, which is found
under Program Utilities.  I believe the original setting was 6000.  I am
using 9000 at the moment and it has cleared up the problem for me.
