[LogPlus] Packet Window While Logging.

I use the Packet Cluster all the time. I like that it workd with LP. In 
the windows ver just make the PC screen able to min/max. Also just have 
a call up spot window like Writelog does. I think folders will work but 
seperate windows in nice.
