[LogPlus] Packet Window While Logging.

One of the questions that keeps popping in my mind is - why do we need
to display the packet window continuously or at all?
Though some of you may have a opionion about this, I'd sure like to hear
it.  I believe it wastes screen space.  Why not create
Folders that store dx spots, wwv and annoucements seperately? 

Thoughts?
