[LOGic] Connection Failed

I would agree with that except that in my experience:

1. Especially with DXScape, I can mash the download button 10 times and get
"connection failed" repeatedly, HOWEVER as soon as I close the window and
re-open it, it works perfectly. This happens EVERY TIME I close and reopen.
This is just a little too coincidental for me. 

2. This just started happening a few revisions back. Logic 4, 5, 6, did not
do this. Prior to this, the message would usually be something like "file
too small"

3. Sometimes when you press the download button you get the "download
failed" message immediately, no waiting...that would not indicate to me that
there is a web site problem.

I too, have experienced the connection failed message. I do not believe that
it is a problem with LOGic, however. It is most likely a problem with the
DXSCAPE or DX Summit server. It is particularly noticeable when there is a
contest in progress and the number of spots overloads the server. In some
instances the servers have been shut down until the contest is over.

I have noticed this problem with TelNet. I particularly like DX Central,
however, sometimes it is down for several days, most likely for maintenance.

Occasionally QSL.net shuts down for maintenance and postings to this
reflector are delayed. Just the nature of the beast.

Can anyone tell me, that every once in a while, my spots that come 
from DX Summit both of them and DXScape gives me a Connection 
Failed.  I have to hit the download button, sometimes two to three 
times to get the spots from it, I believe it is a bug.
