[LOGic] Connection Failed

I too, have experienced the connection failed message. I do not believe that
it is a problem with LOGic, however. It is most likely a problem with the
DXSCAPE or DX Summit server. It is particularly noticeable when there is a
contest in progress and the number of spots overloads the server. In some
instances the servers have been shut down until the contest is over.
I have noticed this problem with TelNet. I particularly like DX Central,
however, sometimes it is down for several days, most likely for maintenance.
Occasionally QSL.net shuts down for maintenance and postings to this
reflector are delayed. Just the nature of the beast.

Can anyone tell me, that every once in a while, my spots that come
from DX Summit both of them and DXScape gives me a Connection
Failed. I have to hit the download button, sometimes two to three
times to get the spots from it, I believe it is a bug.
