I don't know the answer, but same thing happens to me all the time. Rather
annoying but I am used to it. All my other internet connections complete
almost instantly, and rarely with lost packets or the need to retry the
link.
With LOGIC I found that keeping a Telnet session alive is a bit more
reliable than DXSummit/DXscape, altho the info you receive is different
depending on what cluster you're connected to.
