[LOGic] 756 pro3 split

I noticed that while using the rig (756 pro 3)
That if I previously worked someone split manually and I click
On a spot that is simplex logic will not change the rig to simplex
But if I previously clicked a split spot it will turn off the split
Off when I click a simplex spot.

Its like it remembers that it had set split mode and turns it off.

I see the potential to transmit out of band here.
