[LOGic] 756 pro3 split

Normal... It's a limitation with Icom's CI-V implementation. There is no way
to query the status of the split. So if you turn split on... Don't expect
the program to turn it off... It has no way of knowing it's in split mode.
This is true of all Icoms. Why it hasn't been addressed in nearly 20 years
is beyond me!

One easy workaround is to always turns split on from the program... That way
the program is aware of the split status.

One possible workaround on the program side is for Logic to always turn off
split for simplex spots... And not make any assumption about the status.
Other than a longer command, I don't think there would be any "side
effects".

What do you think Dennis?
