[Logic] (Fwd) QSL Route database to download

I have another customer with the same problem, running Win 98.  
What vers are you running?  Check to make sure that the 
c:\windows\temp folder exists.

On the other customer's computer, it isn't downloading.  Even with 
a very high-speed connection, it takes a few seconds to download 
the 1.3 mb file--you can watch the progress display count up as it 
downloads.

What are you seeing?  Can you download IOTA?
