[Logic] (Fwd) QSL Route database to download

Thanks Carl! I was about to pull my hair out. Dennis had version 102 in his
note. Now maybe someone can help me with this, When I try to run the
download QSL manager database I get this arror,

Uncompression failed.  Zipfile C:\windows\temp\6043.tmp does not exist.

When I click OK thin I get this error,

QSLMAN.DBF did not uncompress.
