[Logic] (Fwd) QSL Route database to download

[N4ULE]

I am running Windows ME and I have a cable modem and I see it downloading
the file but when it switches to process them I get the errors. I do have
the temp folder and have no trouble at all with the call book downloads.
Just this one. Thanks for your help.
