Hi Allen,

In your lists of valid values, jump to the arrl sect listing (pick any
arrl sec value, doesn't matter).  Then look at the buttons/options
under "batch updates" for the import/export options.  I can send you a
screenshot if necessary (picture is worth a thousand words...I
know...)
