Just how do I do that? I tried tools/setup/lists of valid values but the
"Field Name" comes up as "1010#" and is grayed out so it cannot be changed
to "arrl sect". Clicking on the "Log field forms" button does not help.

Go to logic 6 and export the ARRL Section database from the lists.  Then in
Logic 7, Import the ARRL section database you just exported.

As far as the provinces, I fixed my rejects manually.

I have just upgraded to LOGic 7 and when I imported my log from LOGic 6 and
did an "Update Awards Progress Info" I had many (over 550) rejects of ARRL
sections and VE provinces. Is there a fix for this without having to edit
each QSO?
