I had the same problem and spoke to Dennis about it.  All I had to do was
re-download the TQSL software from ARRL and re-install it.  My certificates
were still there.  The whole thing took about 3 minutes.  All worked
perfectly after that.

I am having trouble uploading data from my Logic 7 log to LOTW, I get an
error that states I do not have the Trusted Certificates from ARRL, but I do
and they are working.

I am able to import all QSL data from LOTW with no problems, but NOT the
uploading.

Anyone else having this problem? Any solution?
