[Logic] Default signal reports on QSL cards/labels

I would like to set a default signal report of 59 or 599 (depending on
mode) on QSL cards and labels. Most contest QSO's have no signal report
transferred to LOGic, so when printing cards or labels, the report field
is blank. How do I do this?
