[Logic] serial keying under LOGic6

Ali,

Hi, maybe it's a WinNT/Win2000/WinXP issue? I wasn't able to test
serial port keying under WinXP but I did test with WinME at my shack
and it works. I took a serial interface that I use with
Writelog/CT/NA/TR/etc. and tried with LOGic. I use a DB9 interface.
Voltage is asserted on pin 4, and pin 5 is ground. (If you use a
DB25, voltage is asserted on pin 20, and pin 7 is ground.) Also, use
"DTR." Note, I am using the radio's VOX for keying and not PTT.

Have you tried your serial interface with other logging programs?

I hope this helps a little bit.

Art,
Thanks. . . . everything works just fine with the exception of the CW set up.
Some had told me that Dennis is aware of this problem and will have a "fix"
soon.
