[Logic] PA QSO Party logform (corrected)

Hi,

For those of you that downloaded my logforms (from last week) that
included the Salmon Run Contest and PA QSO Party contest, there is a
mistake in the scoring of the PA QSO Party logforms.  I just received
an updated rule sheet in the mail today.  The correct scoring should
be SSB contacts =  1 point; CW contacts = 1.5 points; CW contacts on
80/160 = 2 points.  I've updated the "instate" and "out of state"
logforms and they are now at
