Hi,

I created a Scandanavian Activity Contest logform (sorry, guys, I know
it's a little late...)

The rules printed in Sept. 2002 QST (pg. 89) is not entirely correct.

Basically we should be working Scandanavian Stations as defined by the
prefixes JW, JX, LA, OH, OH0, OJ0, OX, OY, OZ, SM, and TF.  Not all
European stations count.  The logform I created does (as far as I
know) give you points only for Scandanavian stations and will give you
zero points for everyone else.
