[Logic] Changing the Time

This may have cost me BIG-TIME.. I forgot the clock issue and worked several 
new entities sunday, mailed the QSL's with G.S.'s tuesday only to discover 
my log was off 1 hour tues evening... DARN... $25 Bux down the drain...
