[Logic] Changing the Time

I agree and have said so many times. The OS ( contrary to that of the PALM)
provides times supports and windows programs ought to use it.
I really think the reason given that it might change in the middle of a QSO
or contest is not a valid excuse. There could easily be an option not to
change if you wish but I do not see why you would not wish to.
