Hi,
I was thinking about posts from WS9C, WB2JRI, and K1UQ regarding QSL
labels and cards.
Here's a question for those of you printing directly on QSL cards:
What models of printers are you guys using?
I have an HP LaserJet 6L which is fine for labels but not really great
for feeding individual cards. I know some of you guys use the QSL
perforated paper stock from W7NN. I'm referring to feeding individual
3.5 x 5.0 QSL cards into the printer. What's a good inkjet or laser
printer for this type of job?
I have a couple of emails saved from the DF3CB "BV" software reflector
on this topic. Basically a lot of guys on that reflector like the Epson
740 and Epson 750 printers. Never used one though so I don't know...
For a long time now I thought about how great it would be to get one of
those Seiko label printers and trying to design a report for it but I
really am getting tired of labels. Printing directly on QSL cards
really is the ideal solution I think. It's like taking the easy of
QSLing to the next plateau so to speak. :)
Thoughts or expereriences anyone?
