Art & List:

Color is really nice on QSL cards so inkjets are a good choice. I use the
W7NN stock. I found HP Inkjet printers that load and exit paper on the
front have difficulty handling slippery or heavy stock - such as good photo
paper or QSL card stock. You will be happier with the top-to-front simpler
paper feed systems typical of Epson, Cannon and Lexmark printers. The
Epson Stylus 740 & 750 are obsolete. The 780 is less than $100 and all
Styus printers do great photos. For QSL cards at a faster speed and low
price, the $140 Lexmark Z52 is a good choice if you load the ink cartridges
yourself. The Seiko label printers use thermal paper which darkens if left
in bright light and of course you have to mess with labels not needed if
you do the cards in one shot on the W7NN stock.

LOGic has templates for the W7NN cards and it's simple to modify the forms
in LOGic to replace the included graphics with your own - including
photos. Designing your own card this way is tedious but very satisfying.
